Using the Battery Pack as a Second Battery

The battery pack can be used as a second battery by installing into the multimedia
pocket. (An optional Second Battery Pack Adapter (CF-VAB371) is required to use the
second battery).

Install the battery pack into the adapter
Slide the cabinet.

While the terminals of the battery pack are in the direction of the cabinet,
slide the battery pack (with the side showing information facing upward)
under the latch and push it firmly in.
Slide the cabinet until the projecting part snaps into place.
CAUTION
Make sure that the tab on the adapter does not get caught under the
projecting part.

Install the second battery pack into the Multimedia Pocket
( page 25)
Removing the battery pack from the adapter
While slightly pressing down on the projecting part, slide the cabinet.

Pull the tab on the adapter out.
