CUTTING HEAD ALIGNMENT
NOTE:
The alignment of the Cutting Head should be checked periodically to ensure the
accuracy of the cut.
(A)
Remove the Blade Guard.
(D)
Pivot the Beam and retighten the
two Pivot Knobs.
(G)
Adjust the Guide Rail until it
is aligned both vertically and
horizontally.
(B)
Using a combination square,
check the Blade for vertical
alignment.
(E)
Using a combination square,
check the Blade for 45° alignment.
(H)
Tighten the four Guide Rail
Adjusting Screws using a
1/2-inch socket.

Loosen the two Beam Post Cutting
Head Pivot Knobs located on each
end of the saw.

Loosen the four Guide Rail
Adjusting Screws using a
1/2-inch socket.
