DETECTING AND CORRECTING ERRORS
The E [error) display lIIuminales and a lOne sounds when thE! machine detects an unacceptable keyboard entry.
The [CLEAR) key Is Losed to correct

error that has not been completed or printed on L'1e tape, When this key

On rare occasIons an error cannot

The (VOID) key corrects an error already prlntlKl on the rape, either tram an entry just comoleled or one made earlier. To
void an entry jU:s1 completed. simply press [VOID] and Ule entry is reprinted with a "VO" symbol lollowlng the amount. To
void
an
earlier en!ry, reenter the incorrect transac:tJon
