Is the LVDS signal output from IC3303 (DIGITAL_AV_DECODER_&_MAIN_CPU) respectively?
[VBO_HTPDN(C21), VBO_LOCKN(D21), VBO_TXA+-(A22/B22), VBO_TXB+-(A23/B23), VBO_TXC+-(A24/B24), VBO_TXD+-(A25/B25)
Do above-mentioned LVDS signals output from connector
(P2604)?
Similarly, is LCD controller's control signal normal?
LCD Controller Unit:
Do LVDS signals input to connector (LV) of LCD Controller Unit?
Check the panel module.
Does not the picture come out when VHF/UHF is received?
In the case of LE635E,RU/638E series, refer to (A).
In the case of LE636E,S series, refer to (B).
Does video signal (IFTU_AIF+/CVBS) output from pin [9]
of TUNER (TU1102)?
Does video signal (TUNER_CVBS) input to pin [AK24/
CPU_CVBS0P] of IC3303 (Digital AV decode & Main
CPU)?

NO Check the tuner and its peripheral circuits.
Replace as required.
NO Check the line between TU1102 and IC3303. (Q1106, etc...)
