Keeping warm

Please note that delicate food, espe‐
cially fish, can continue cooking whilst
being kept warm.

The warming function is activated as
standard with the
temperature above approx. 80 °C is
selected. If food is not removed from
the oven at the end of a programme,
the warming function will automati‐
cally start after approx. 5 minutes.

cally open slightly. This is to prevent

will close again automatically.
