Recovery Mode
Prepare disk on key for recovery
1. Format disk on key with FAT16/FAT32 format.
2. Copy ROM image and rename it to AMIBOOT.ROM.
Recovery method
1. Short Disaster Jumper.
2. Plug Disk on Key.
3. Power on computer wait for recovery process complete.
4. Unplug Disk on Key & remove Disaster Jumper.
5. Restart computer & load BIOS default.

Update under DOS Prompt
Copy BMC.BIN, FB.BAT, F.BAT and FLHH8.EXE file to bootable floppy disk.
Plug the bootable floppy disk (USB disk) and boot to DOS prompt.
Run F.BAT or FB.BAT (depend on the flash block).
F.BAT: Only Update BMC OP Code.
FB.BAT: Update BMC with OP Code and Boot Block.
Turn off the power button and unplug server blade from the chassis (when displaying the
completed hint).

Setup TFTP Server.
Connect one end of the console cable to the console port on the chassis management switch and
the other end of the cable to PC (if the LED on the chassis management switch is active).
Enter Hyper Terminal in Windows Environment
Port Settings:
Bits per second: 115200
Data bits:
Parity:
Stop bits:
Flow control:
Key in the orders step by step: enable, password (the default of password is acorn), and then the
file name.
