Troubleshooting tips ... Before you call for service
Possible Cause
Drawer does not slide The drawer is out of alignment.

Drawer is over4oaded or load is
unbalanced.
Lower Oven drawer wifl not A fuse in your home may be blown or
work the circuit breaker tripped.
The oven is self=cleaning.
Controls improperly set.
What To Do
Fully extend the drawer and push it all the way
in. See the Care and Cleaning of the range
section.
Reduce weight. Redistribute drawer contents.
Replace the fuse or reset the circuit breaker.
Wait for the self-clean cycle to finish and the
oven to cool.

Remove liquid.
Excessive condens_ion in Liquid in drawer.
the drawer I Uncovered foods. Cover food with lid or aluminum foil.
Temperature setting too high. Reduce temperature setting.
Food dries out in the lower Moisture escaping. Cover food with lid or aluminum foil.
oven drawer Drawer not fufly closed. Push drawer in until latch engages.
Control signals after entering You forgot to enter a bake temperature Touch the Bake pad and desired temperature
or cleaning time.
The display will always automatically
remind you to close the door.
This is reminding you to enter a probe
temperature after plugging in the probe.
The Gas/Control Lockout feature is

Fan noise The convection fan may turn on and off
automatically.
Convection fan not working Preheat temperature not reached.

This is a normal reminder to close the door
when broiling.
Enter a probe temperature.
Be sure the surface burner controls are turned
OFF. Turn this feature off to use the range.

This is normal. The convection fan will run until
the function is over or the door is opened.
Fan will start automatically once the preheat
temperature is reached.
