Destination guidance

If you touch the Start navigation button after the
destination entry, the route is recalculated and
the map is displayed.
Your current position is represented by a yellow
triangle. The route is highlighted in blue.
Notes:
The route is calculated using the settings
for the route calculation.
If the navigation for a route is started, the
starting point is always the current posi-
tion. The fi rst stage of the route is the fi rst
defi ned route point.

Changing routing options

You can change the routing options during desti-
nation guidance:
u
Touch any position on the map.
The additional menu opens. For detailed
information, read the chapter "Working with
the map".
u
Touch any position on the map a second
time.
A window with additional functions opens.
u
Touch the Route options button.
20
The Routing options menu is called up. For
further details read the chapter "Defi ning
routing options".
If you changed the routing options, the route
is recalculated and the changed settings are
included.

Disturbed GPS reception

A message appears after entering the destination
if no adequate GPS signal is received.
Note:
If you are in an enclosed room, move to the
outside. As far as possible, the Lucca requires
an open line of sight to the sky.
If the GPS reception is disturbed during the desti-
nation guidance, the navigation is stopped.
As soon as the reception is re-established, the
navigation system automatically recognises
whether your position has changed and, if neces-
sary, recalculates the route. At that time, you can
simply continue your navigation.
