Lamp information
Getting to know the lamp hour
When the projector is in operation, the duration (in hours) of lamp usage is automatically
calculated by the built-in timer.
Total (equivalent) lamp hour = 2.4 x (hours used in Normal mode) + 1.5 x (hours used in
Economic mode) + 1.0 x (hours used in SmartEco mode)
To obtain the lamp hour information:
1.
Press MENU/EXIT and then press
Advanced menu.
2.
Press
Settings page displays.
3.
You will see the Lamp Timer information displaying on the menu.
4.
To leave the menu, press MENU/EXIT.
You can also get the lamp hour information on the INFORMATION menu.
Extending lamp life
The projection lamp is a consumable item that normally can last up to 3000-4000 hours
with proper usage. To keep the lamp life as long as possible, you can do the following
settings via the OSD menu.

Setting the Lamp Mode
Setting the projector in Economic or SmartEco mode extends the lamp operation life.
To do so, go into the SYSTEM SETUP: Advanced > Lamp Settings > Lamp Mode
menu and press

Setting Auto Power Off
This function allows the projector to turn off automatically if no input signal is detected
after a set period of time to prevent unnecessary waste of lamp life.
To set Auto Power Off, go into the SYSTEM SETUP: Basic > Operation Settings
> Auto Power Off menu and press
your presentation, select Disable. The projector will not automatically shut down in a
certain time period.
