Consumables Information

You can obtain information on paper sources and consumable products by right-clicking the tray
icon on the taskbar, then selecting your printer name, then clicking Consumables Information.

❏ You can see the status of the printer or information about jobs by clicking on the respective tab.
❏ If imaging cartridges that are not genuine are used, the level bars to indicate the service life remaining in
each imaging cartridge is not displayed, and the alert icons do not blink.

AcuLaser C2800 Series
Displays the paper size, the paper type and the approximate amount
of paper remaining in the paper source. Information on the optional
paper cassettes are displayed only if these options are installed.
Indicates the remaining service lives of the imaging cartridges. The
toner icon flashes when the imaging cartridge has some error or has
neared the end of its service life.
Clicking this button enables you to order consumables online. See
"Order Online" on page 88 for details.
Clicking this button closes the dialog box.
