Solution
Please check MAC address and IP
address of 30X PTZ Network Camera
SNP-3300.
Check whether network cable is
properly connected. (Note : Use ping
command)
Check whether connecting to Admin
page is available.
Video may not be viewed since Divx
codec is not installed in user's PC.
Divx
codec
can
compressed with MPEG4. Download
and install the latest Divx codec, and
check video.
