00 : Switch through most inner circumference
02 : Tentative measurement of ABEF offset
04 : Rough tuning of RF side focus gain
05 : Tentative setting of focus ATT
06 : Tuning of tracking gain in RF side pit part
07 : COUT level setting for tuning pit part
08 : Switch through outer circumference
09 : Tuning of tracking gain in RF side groove part
10 : COUT level setting for tuning groove part
11 : Tuning of RF side TCRS gain
12 : Initial setting of tracking ATT
13 : Fine tuning of RF side focus gain
14 : Initial setting of focus ATT
15 : Measurement of S gain "High" ABEF offset
16 : Measurement of TCRS offset
17 : Measurement of S gain "Low" ABEF offset
