3.1.3 External memory interface

There are four independent chip selects (CS0, CS1, CS2, CS3) provided for external memories and
each has an address range of 256 Mb.
RF calibration data, Audio parameters and battery calibration data etc are stored in flash memory
area.

• 384Mb flash memory + 64Mb PSRAM
