Turning the hearing instruments on/off
• Press and release
• Press and release
• Press for about 3 seconds to turn your hearing
instruments off (stand-by).
• Press for about 3 seconds to turn the hearing
instruments back on.
Changing the external audio source
• Press to change the external source.
Each time you press , your miniTek switches to the next
available external source according to the following overview:
Sequence of external source (if connected)
FM transmitter (DAI)
Line-in (2.5 mm stereo socket)
First transmitter
Second transmitter
Third party Bluetooth transmitter
T-coil
Note: Your Hearing Care Professional has to configure your
miniTek for external devices.

The hearing instruments will switch automatically to the
telephone program when your phone rings.

Your hearing instruments will change back to the audio
program after terminating the call.

• Press for about 3 seconds to reject the call.
Using miniTek with cell and
landline phones
When you make a call with a Bluetooth wireless technology
enabled phone or cell phone, miniTek allows you to use your
hearing instruments as a wireless headset.
Instead of using the telephone microphone, you speak into
miniTek and listen through your hearing instruments.
