Convection

24
Convection cooking circulates hot air through the oven cavity with a fan. The
constantly moving air surrounds the food to heat the outer portion quickly, creating
even browning and sealed in flavor by the constant motion of hot air over the food
surfaces. Convection cooking temperature ranges from 100 ºF (38 ºC) to 425 ºF
(218 ºC).
Note: Convection can not be combined with microwave cooking modes. For best
cooking results always use the convection rack.
The oven door and exterior will become hot during Convection. Please handle the
door carefully.
