jukebox. Removing power to a device on an active SCSI bus can cause
data loss and/or problems with the SCSI interface.

What to do
RUN ISTAT TEST initializes the element
status.
• Power cycle the jukebox.*
• Run the INIT ELEM STATUS test from the
TEST *menu..
• If the same display occurs, run the
WELLNESS TEST. Do general
troubleshooting.
• Check the host file system access
permissions.
• Eject the disk and check that the
write-protect tab on each side of the disk is
in the write-enabled position.
• Checkthe application software.
• Run online/offline diagnostics on drive.
