Changing the main nozzles and pilot light nozzle
To change the main and pilot nozzles, proceed as follows:
Turn off the gas and disconnect the power ahead of the unit.
Remove the entire gas unit from the combustion chamber (see fi g. 14 - 15).
Remove the pilot burner (fi g. 16).
Remove the main burners from the manifold.
Change the main and pilot nozzles.
Reassemble carefully.
Perform the main nozzle gas pressure setting, as described above, and the pilot fl ame adjustment
utilizing the gas valve (fi g. 11a - 11b).
Check that it all works properly and there is no gas leakage.
