operating the POWER MIG 300.
WARNING
ELECTRIC SHOCK can kill.
• Do not touch electrically live
parts or electrode with skin or
wet clothing. Insulate yourself
from work and ground.
• Always wear dry insulating
gloves.
FUMES AND GASES can be
dangerous.
• Keep your head out of fumes.
• Use ventilation or exhaust to
remove fumes from breathing
zone.
WELDING
cause fire or explosion.
• Keep flammable material away.
• Do not weld on closed contain-
ers.
ARC RAYS can burn eyes
and skin.
• Wear eye, ear and body protec-
tion.

this manual.
DEFINITIONS OF WELDING MODES
NON-SYNERGIC WELDING MODES
• A Non-synergic welding mode requires all welding
process variables to be set by the operator.
SYNERGIC WELDING MODES
• A Synergic welding mode offers the simplicity of
single knob control. The machine will select the cor-
rect voltage and amperage based on the wire feed
speed (WFS) set by the operator.
