Consumer information about returning and disposing of used batteries
and accumulators pursuant to the BattV battery ordinance from 27.3.1998
Dear Customer,
This device / power supply unit is fitted with permanently installed batteries
or accumulators which contain harmful substances.
The type of harmful substance can be identified by the chemical symbol
that appears on the crossed-out garbage can in the device, accumulator or
battery label.
In accordance with the battery ordinance, you are required as the
consumer to return the device / power supply unit to us for the purpose of
removing or replacing the batteries or accumulators. This enables us to
dispose of the energy sources containing the harmful substances in the

In the exceptional event that you have the batteries or accumulators
replaced by your own qualified employees, you are obliged to ensure
