CYLINDER HEAD, CYLINDER AND PISTON
2. Install:
9Spring 1
9Link lever 2
9Collar 3
9Valve shaft 4
9Bolt (link lever) 5
NOTE:
9Install the spring to the link lever, and then to
the cylinder.
9Install the spring with its stopper portion a fac-
ing inward.
9Apply the lithium soap base grease on the oil
seal lip.
3. Install:
9Thrust plate 1
9Screw (thrust plate) 2
4. Check:
9Power valve smooth movement
Unsmooth movement
5. Install:
9Gasket (power valve cover) 1
9Power valve cover 2
9Screw (power valve cover) 3
9YPVS breather hose 4
NOTE:
9Install the power valve cover so that the arrow
mark a faces upward.
9Install the clamp of the YPVS breather hose
with its opening portion b facing backward.

4 Nm (0.4 m•kg, 2.9 ft•lb)

Repair or replace.
