    Quick Steps Select a cycle and option. Prepare and load dishwasher. Add detergent Start dishwasher. for cleaning and rinse aid for drying. Dishwasher Use When loading silverware, always place sharp STEP 1 items pointing down. Mix other items pointing up and some pointing down. Prepare and Load the Dishwasher IMPORTANT: Remove leftover food, bones, toothpicks and other hard items from the dishes.
