This display group is used for the dynamic test of the commencement of injection. The commencement of injection
valve (N108) is constantly actuated; as a result the injection timing control is „retarded".

Procedure
- Connect vehicle system tester V.A.G 1552
and select the engine electronics control unit
with the address word „01". The engine
should be idling for this step.

sic setting" and confirm the entry with the
key Q.
