The replacement hose assembly should be in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications. 4. Move gas hoses as far away as possible from hot surfaces and dripping hot grease.

Use only extension cords with a 3 prongs grounding plug, rated for the power of the equipment, and approved for outdoor use with a W-A marking.

    Inspect the grill before each use. 1. Inspect all hoses and connections and make certain they are secure. 2. Check and clean the burner venturi tubes for spiders and insect nests by removing the burner and inserting a bottle brush cleaner into each tube to make sure the passage is clear.

    ASSEM BLY I NSTRUC TI O NS Remove all contents from the carton packaging. Make sure all parts are present before attempting assembly. Once the grill is fully assembled, go back and check to make certain all the bolts are secure.
  • Page 18 Step 2 (Doors assembly) Insert the bottom pin of left door (AG) into the pre-drilled hole on the cart bottom panel. Push down the top pin of left door and insert it into the pre-drilled hole on the left end of cart front beam.
  • Page 19 Step 4 (Carts assembly) Loosen the two pre-installed bolts on left side Pre installed Bolt X4 of body assembly (A) and allow 1/4 bolt’s length to extend from the body assembly. Align the two holes on the left cart panel (C) with the two bolts extended from the body assembly (A).
  • Page 20 Step 6 (Partitions assembly) Align the two holes on one the cart partition (O) with the two holes on the right cart panel (M). Insert one M6 x 15mm bolt (AA), one M6 flat washer (BB) and one M6 spring washer (CC) into each pre-drilled hole.
  • Page 21 Step 8 (Doors assembly) Insert the bottom pin of left door (D) into the pre-drilled hole on the left cart bottom panel (E). Push down the top pin of left door (D) and insert it into the pre-drilled hole under the left side shelf B).
  • Page 22 Step 10 (Heat plate, cooking grid and warming rack assembly) Place the heat plates (H) on the heat plate support. Place the cooking grates (I) over the heat plates. Place the warming rack (J) on the warming grid support as shown. Close the top lid.
  • Page 23 Step 12 (Basket set assembly) Align the four holes on the basket set (F) with the four holes on the bottom of body assembly (A). Insert one M6 x 15mm bolt (AA), one M6 flat washer (BB) and one M6 spring washer (CC) into each pre-drilled hole.
  • Page 24 Step 14 (Motor support assembly) Take two pre-installed screws out of motor support (AC). Align the holes on the motor support (AC) with the hole on the left side wall of firebox. Insert one M6 x 15mm bolt (AA), one M6 flat washer (BB) and one M6 spring washer (CC) and one nut into each drilled hole and tighten by screwdriver provided.
