Step 4 – Empty de-scale Solution
The GRIND LCD will display 04 during
Step 4 procedure.
Empty water tank, rinse and fill water
a)
tank with clean water. Insert water tank
into machine.
Rotate left screw first, counter-clockwise

until fully open. Water will begin to flow
into drip tray.

Repeat with right screw. Steam will be

released from the boiler.
CAUTION HOT WATER
Close valves when water stops flowing

through both outlets. Empty drip tray
and re-assemble onto unit.
CAUTION HOT STEAM
Step 5 – fill Boilers
The GRIND LCD will display 05 during
Step 5 procedure.
5 minute timer will begin. Wait for
countdown timer to get to 0:00.
(This allows any remaining solution
to be removed from system).

Step 6 – flush Boilers
The GRIND LCD will display 06 during
Step 6 procedure.
Empty water tank, rinse and assemble
a)
new water filter into tank.
Fill water tank with clean water and
b)
insert into machine.
Rotate screws counter-clockwise, as per
c)
previous instructions until fully open.
Water will begin to flow into drip tray.
Close valves when water stops flowing
d)
through both outlets. Empty drip tray
and re-assemble onto unit.
CAUTION HOT WATER
Empty drip tray and re-insert

into machine.
Push SELECT button to complete the
f)
de-scale procedure. Machine will heat
up as normal.
