To drive forward:
Slowly pull the wheel drive control toward
you until you reach a comfortable ground
speed. Hold the wheel drive control in this
position to maintain the speed.
To stop:
Release wheel drive control.

Speed Limiter (911111, 112, 113)
The speed limiter increases or decreases
tension in the drive cable, which limits the
unit's forward speed.
In the operator's position, turn the speed
limiter to the left to increase maximum
forward speed. Turn the speed limiter to the
right to decrease maximum forward speed.

Fuel Shutoff Valve (91112, 113)
IMPORTANT: The fuel shutoff valve MUST
be in the closed position prior to transporting
the unit.
Open the fuel shutoff valve to operate the
unit. Close the fuel shutoff valve when
storing, transporting or servicing the unit.
Choke Control (91112, 113)
Move choke lever to the choke position to
start a cold engine.
NOTE: The choke will slowly open as the
engine warms.

FILLING THE FUEL TANK

To add fuel to fuel tank:
1. Put unit in open or well-ventilated area.
2. Stop engine and allow to cool.
3. Clean fuel cap and surrounding area.
4. Remove cap.
IMPORTANT: See engine manual for correct
type and grade of fuel.
5. Fill fuel tank to within 1/4 in. (0.63 cm)
below bottom of filler neck with unleaded
gasoline. See SPECIFICATIONS on
page 25.
6. Replace fuel cap and tighten.
7. ALWAYS clean any spilled fuel.

switch. Turn the key to
the start position (2) to
start the unit. The key
will spring back to the
"RUN" position.
RUN Position (1): All
controls are operable.
START Position (2):
Starter turns over the
engine.
