The Scan tab displays links to the lists of scan jobs.
The Scan tab has two subtabs:
Scan Jobs: allows you to view the list of current scan jobs and to
delete jobs from the queue
Templates: allows you to create, edit, and delete scan templates and
template groups.
Job Types
The job types are:
Current: displays a list of the current jobs in the scan queue.
Job Log
Message Log
Job Information
The following information can be viewed from the Job Log:
Group: displays the name of the group for this scan job.
Template: displays the name of the file that contains the attributes
for the scan job.
Agent: displays the name of the set of properties related to the
destination for the scan, such as
Status: is the current status of the scan job.
Pages: is the number of pages in the scan.
Time: is the time the job was scanned.
Detail Status: shows additional information about the job.
Actions
Administrators and end users can delete jobs.
