Note: For SGPIO settings to work properly, use different backplane IDs for JP34 and
JP37. When JP34 is set to 1-2 (ID#0), set JP37 to 2-3 (ID#1). Conversely, when
JP34 is set to 2-3 (ID#1) set JP37 to 1-2 (ID#0)
