Troubleshooting Guide
ELECTRONIC SYSTEM
No power
There is no power to the console.
No resistance
Max resistance all the time
Rough while pedaling
1.
If machine is being used without a power cord, the power switch must be
turned to "Generator". If a power cord is being used, the switch must be
turned to "AC input". If the switch is not in the correct postion the console
will not light up.
2.
Remove the console and test the wire harness with a volt meter for DC
voltage. (procedure 1)

Make sure all wires are plugged into the controller securely.

Remove side covers to access the controller.
2.
Check for DC voltage where main harness plugs into controller. (procedure 2)

Replace controller.

Unplug the 3 wire connector (with 2 red and 1 white wires), and plug it into the
other 3 pin connector on the controller as pictured below.
