3. Install:
• Cylinder body
• Crankshaft and piston
• Dowel pin
NOTE:
• Apply Yamaha 2-stroke motor oil to
each cylinder wall and piston and their
ring grooves.
• Coat all the crankshaft bearings with
the engine oil.
• The crankshaft bearing locating pin
should fit into the slit in the cylinder.
• The UP mark on the piston crown
should be on the flywheel side.

CHECKING THE ANODE

Check:
• Anode
Wear → Replace.
Corrosion → Sand.
NOTE:
When it is reduced to the size of one-third
(1/3), replace it.
