36 Deleting data/Free-arm embroidery
Delete complete contents of memory (embroidery module or card)
Free-arm embroidery (optional accessory)
Memory screen
· open the memory screen (touch
external "mem" button)
· either the embroidery module
function or the embroidery card
function must be active
· press the external "clr" button
· all memories blink
· touch "del" when all memories are
still blinking
· the contents will be deleted
· the memory card is reformatted
Preparation
· insert the adapter between the
sewing computer and embroidery
module
· do not attach the embroidery hoop
yet
· select a motif that can be sized to
40 x 60 mm (e.g. letter)
Note:
Always without a hoop attached!
Adapter recognition
· select a motif or letter
· the selected motif will be developed
in the sewing screen
· at the same time, the hoop connec-
tion will be activated which pro-
duces the impulse for recognizing
the adapter
Attach the hoop to the machine
· attach the embroidery hoop only
when the adapter recognition is
complete
· alter and adapt the motif as desired
and then embroider

· do not attach the hoop until the
stitch processing is complete and
the check button is pushed
