Format

You can erase all titles on a disc.

EDITING
Press [STOP C] if you are playing back a disc.

Press [MENU].
Use [K / L] to select "Disc Edit", then

press [OK].
Use [K / L] to select "Format", then

press [OK].
e.g.) VR mode DVD-RW playlist
Disc Edit
Format
Finalize
Disc Protect OFF
Delete All Playlists
Use [K / L] to select "Start", then

press [OK].
A pop up window will appear and prompt you
to confirm.
Use [K / L] to select "Yes", then press

[OK].
Are you sure?
Format data will be written onto the disc
momentarily.
This operation may take a
while to be completed.

Formatting is complete.
Note(s)
• When you select "Yes" at step 5, all contents of the
disc will be erased.
