    USING THE OVEN General tips • When cooking with the convection oven, traditional oven and grilling, always preheat the oven for 5 minutes to the set tem- perature. • The cooking times depend on the quality of the products, on the temperature of the food and on personal tastes. The times in- dicated in the table are subject to variation, and do not include the time required to preheat the oven.
