Care terms and conditions
1 interpretation
In these terms and conditions Insurance refers to

the provisions of clause 2 and Warranty to the
p rovisions of clause 3. To g e t h e r, Insurance and
Warranty are re f e r red to as Orange Care .
Orange Care is subject at all times to the pro v i s i o n s

of these terms and conditions and does not apply
and cannot be purchased in relation to any second
line activated on your Orange phone.

includes Orange Care or re q u i res Orange Care to be
p u rchased as an optional extra please call 1 5 0 f ro m
your Orange phone or 07973 100150 f rom any other
phone. Just Talk customers can purchase Orange
C a re by calling 4 5 0 f rom your Orange phone.
2 insurance - lost stolen and damaged phones
The Insurance has been arranged for account holders

of Orange Personal Communications Services Limited
(Orange) with a reputable insurance company (the
I n s u rer) whose details are available on request.
Orange is authorised by the Insurer to collect

p remiums (where relevant) to accept or decline
claims and to issue replacement phones under
the Insurance on behalf of the Insure r.
If your phone (including the battery charger and

antenna originally supplied with the phone) is lost or
stolen you will be entitled to a replacement phone
f ree of charge if you comply in all respects with
these terms and conditions and pro v i d e d :
the phone was not left unattended in a public place

the loss/theft is reported to the police and Orange as

soon as possible but in any event within 8 hours of
d i s c o v e r y
you are able to supply Orange with a crime/lost
c
p roperty re f e re n c e
if the phone was left in an unattended vehicle,

the vehicle itself was securely locked and the
phone contained in the locked boot or locked
glove compartment
antennae lost or stolen independently of your phone

will be replaced free of charge once only.
