7. Do not block any of the ventilation openings. Install in accordance with manufacturer's instructions.
8. Do not install near any heat sources such as radiators, heat registers, stoves or other apparatus (including amplifiers) that
produce heat.
9. Do n ot d efeat t he s afety p urpose o f t he p olarized o r g rounding-­type p lug. A p olarized p lug h as t wo b lades w ith o ne w ider t han
the other. A grounding type plug has two blades and a third grounding plug. The wide blade or third prong is provided for your
safety. If the provided plug does not fit into your outlet, consult an electrician for replacement of the obsolete outlet.
10. Protect t he p ower c ord f rom b eing w alked o n o r p inched, p articularly a t p lugs, c onvenience r eceptacles, a nd t he p oint t hey e xit
from the apparatus.
11. Only use attachments/accessories provided by the manufacturer.
12. Use o nly w ith a c art, s tand, t ripod, b racket, o r t able s pecified b y t he m anufacturer, o r s old w ith t he a pparatus. W hen a c art i s
used, u se c aution w hen m oving t he c art/apparatus c ombination t o a void i njury f rom t ip-­over.
13. Unplug this apparatus during lightning storms or when unused for long periods of time.
14. Refer all servicing to qualified service personnel. Servicing is required when the apparatus has been damaged in any way, such
as p ower-­supply c ord o r p lug i s d amaged, l iquid h as b een s pilled o r o bjects h ave f allen i nto t he a pparatus, t he a pparatus h as
been e xposed t o r ain o r m oisture, d oes n ot o perate n ormally, o r h as b een d ropped.

16. If this product is to be mounted in an equipment rack, rear support should be provided.

proceed as follows: a) The wire that is colored green and yellow must be connected to the terminal that is marked by the letter
E‚ t he e arth s ymbol‚ c olored g reen o r c olored g reen a nd y ellow. b ) T he w ire t hat i s c olored b lue m ust b e c onnected t o t he
terminal that is marked with the letter N or the color black. c) The wire that is colored brown must be connected to the terminal
that is marked with the letter L or the color red.

containing liquids, such as vases, upon the apparatus.
19. The o n/off s witch i n t his u nit d oes n ot b reak b oth s ides o f t he p rimary m ains. H azardous e nergy c an b e p resent i nside t he
chassis when the on/off switch is in the off position. The mains plug or appliance coupler is used as the disconnect device, the
disconnect device shall remain readily operable.
20. Exposure t o e xtremely h igh n oise l evels m ay c ause a p ermanent h earing l oss. I ndividuals v ary c onsiderably i n s usceptibility t o
noise-­induced h earing l oss, b ut n early e veryone w ill l ose s ome h earing i f e xposed t o s ufficiently i ntense n oise f or a s ufficient
time. The U.S. Government's Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) has specified the following permissible
noise l evel e xposures:
According t o O SHA, a ny e xposure i n e xcess o f t he a bove p ermissible l imits c ould r esult i n s ome h earing l oss. E arplugs o r p rotectors t o
the ear canals or over the ears must be worn when operating this amplification system in order to prevent a permanent hearing loss, if
exposure i s i n e xcess o f t he l imits a s s et f orth a bove. T o e nsure a gainst p otentially d angerous e xposure t o h igh s ound p ressure l evels, i t i s
recommended t hat a ll p ersons e xposed t o e quipment c apable o f p roducing h igh s ound p ressure l evels s uch a s t his a mplification s ystem b e
protected by hearing protectors while this unit is in operation.
