CHECK_SUM
This function calculates a 32-bit Checksum of the code image. A flag will be
returned to indicate if the calculated checksum matches a checksum stored in a
known location at power up. The checksum will be for the whole of the software
image, which does not necessarily mean the whole of the flash device.
Note also that the checksum is 32 bits long, however only the least significant 16
bits (2 bytes) will be returned in the response.
