CABLE ROUTING

ECU (engine control unit)
Relay holder
Push in the rivet all the way in.
Load control relay
Headlight relay
Fuel injection system relay
Radiator fan motor relay
Fasten the wire harness and AC
magneto lead to the front frame
with the plastic band.
To the left handlebar switch
To the AC magneto
To the radiator
Coolant temperature
coupler
Coolant temperature
sub-lead
Fasten the wire harness at the
positioning tape to the rear
frame cross member with the
plastic band.
To the main switch
Fasten the wire harness to the
frame rear cross member.
Fasten the hose protector of the
fuel tank breather hose to the
rear frame cross member with
the plastic band.
The ends of the hose protector
should be 20 mm (0.79 in) or
less from each other.
Fuel tank breather hose
Bend the fuel tank breather
hose as shown in the illustra-
tion, and then fasten it after the
bend in the hose with the holder
as shown in the illustration.
Face the open ends of the
holder toward the fuel tank.
Clamp the fuel tank breather
hose connected to the tank
above the other hose.
Route the fuel tank breather
hose through the hose protec-
tor.
Face the pipe joint notch toward
inserting direction of the fuel
tank breather joint hose (fuel
tank side).
Face the ends of each hose
clamp toward the fuel tank.
