In the above example, FFB is 1111111110(01) in binary. A RAM board
with switches set to 1111 1111 10 has its top address as FFBFFFFF.
FFB3A900 is below FFBFFFFF and above FF7FFFFF (next 4 Mbyte
RAM block down). Therefore, the switches on the defective RAM board
would be set to 1111 1111 10.
