B. Disassebmly of Main PSU and Sub PSU
1) Main PSU
1. Discharge all the charges which may remain in capacitors of PSU.
2. Disconnect all connectors between Main PSU and other Board as shown above.
3. Unscrew all screws of Main PSU and remove it.
Reassembly Notes:
When re-installing main PSU, perform the following procedures.
1. Screw all screws of Main PSU.
2. Connect Power Input Cable to CN8001.
3. Connect a cable from CN8008 of Main PSU to CN803 of LM.
4. Turn on the power of PSU.
5. Check and adjust each voltages at Test Points. (refer to "How to adjust Voltages of PSU" below)
6. If all voltages are OK, then turn the power off.
7. Connect all connectors between Main PSU and other Boards.
2) How to adjust voltages of PSU
< Positions of Volumes for Voltage Adjustments and Test Point >
1. Measure the voltage at each Test Point.
2. Adjust the level until it reaches same voltage value as written on the VOLTAGE LABEL of PDP Module.
3) Sub PSU
1. Discharge all the charges which may remain in capacitors of PSU.
2. Disconnect all connectors between Sub PSU and other Board.
3. Unscrew all screws of Sub PSU and remove it.
