FLOW CHART NO.1
The power cannot be turned on.
Is the fuse normal?
Remove CLN601 connecting to CN501. Are Pins
(1,2,5,8,9,11) on CN501 are shorted?
Is the +4.5V voltage outputted between Pin (11)
and GND?
After reconnecting CLN601 to CN501, is the
following voltage between each pin and GND
during turning the power on?
CN501 Pins (1,2) P-ON+6.5V
CN501 Pin (5)
AL+33V
CN501 Pins (8,9) P-ON+21V
Is the +3.3V voltage outputted to the emitter of
Q503?
Is the "H" signal inputted into Pin (2) on CN502?
Replace the Plasma Display Module.

whether Pins (1,2,5,8,9,11) on CLN601 are
Not shorted
After replacing fuse,
does it break when
turning the power on ?
No

Check each line of power supply on the Analog
CBA and service it if defective.
No
Replace the Plasma Display Module.
Check Q503, D503 and the periphery circuit,
and service it if defective.
Replace IC205.
Shorted
Yes
Replace the Plasma
Display Module.
