all hot-swappable and LRU components,
including procedures for replacing or adding

extremely sensitive to static electricity, also
known as electrostatic discharge (ESD). ESD
can permanently damage electrostatic
discharge-sensitive components in your

To prevent ESD damage, follow these
guidelines before opening the Computer
case:
