(1) Remove the Battery Holder (230).
(2) Release 2 Latch Hooks.
(3) Remove the Lithium Battery (234).
(4) Replace with a new Battery.

Caution:
Dispose of the Lithium Battery properly and keep it away from
small children. When replacing the battery make sure to
obserse the polarity to avoid damage to the machine.
(5) Disconnect the Power Cord (1008).
(6) Disconnect the Telephone Line Cable (1009).
(7) Remove the Recording Paper Tray Assembly (1007).

(8) Remove the Paper Cassette.
