Problem
The engine's output is
poor (lack of power).

Air filter is dirty or blocked.

Charge-air temperature is too high - charge-air cooler or radiator
exterior is dirty.

Clean the outsides of the charge-air cooler and radiator.
Coolant temperature is too high.

fan speed.

Thermostat malfunction: consult a qualified specialist work-
shop.
Malfunction in the fuel system (blocked, leaking)
