Replacing the AlienHead Board

1. Ali n the AlienHead board with the tab on the display back cover and slide it
into position.
2. Replace the screw that secures the AlienHead board to the display back
cover.
3. Replace the display back cover (see "Replacin the Display Back Cover" on
pa e 58).
4. Replace the display assembly (see "Replacin the Display Assembly" on
pa e 55).
5. Replace the ma nesium cover (see "Replacin the Ma nesium Cover" on
pa e 51).
6. Replace the left and ri ht brackets (see "Replacin the Brackets" on pa e
7. Replace the palm rest (see "Replacin the Palm Rest" on pa e
8. Replace the keyboard (see "Replacin the Keyboard" on pa e
9. Replace the center control cover (see "Replacin the Center Control Cover"
on pa e 35).
10. Replace the battery pack (see "Replacin the Battery Pack" on pa e
CAUTION: Before turning on the computer, replace all screws and ensure
that no stray screws remain inside the computer. Failure to do so may
result in damage to the computer.
