POSSIBLE CAUSE
Dirty-carburettor; feeding pump or vacuum
cock failure
Excessive scaling in the explosion chamber
Wrong timing or worn timing components
Clogged silencer
Air filter clogged or dirty
Automatic starter failure
Engine oil level exceeding the maximum
Low compression: wear of linings,
cylinder and valve
Worn driving belt
Inefficient automatic transmission
Clutch slipping
Overheated valves
Incorrect valve adjustment
Valve seat deformed
Dirty air filter
Defective float valve

WORK
Remove, wash with solvent, dry with compressed
air or replace.
Remove the scale from cylinder, piston, head and
valves.
Restore the timing or replace worn parts.
Replace.
Remove the sponge, wash with water and shampoo, then
impregnate it in a 50% mixture of fuel and specific oil,
then press it without squeezing, let it drip and replace it.
Check: mechanical sliding, electric connection and
presence of power supply, replace if required.
Check the causes and restore the correct level.
Replace worn parts.
Replace.
Check the pulley sliding and rollers, replace faulty
components, lubricate the mobile driven pulley guide
with grease specific.
Check and replace the clutch unit and/or the bell, if
required.
Remove the head and the valves, grind or replace the
valves.
Adjust the valve clearance.
Replace the head unit.
Remove the sponge, wash with water and shampoo,
then impregnate it in a 50% mixture of fuel and spe-
cific oil, then press it without squeezing, let it drip
and replace it.
Check the proper sliding of the float and the valve effi-
ciency.
