Configuring Office Data

Once a gateway unit is created, the MCS produces a configuration file (OFDD.VHO) containing
the Office Data for the unit. Office Data is a generic term for configuration data set and stored
in an IP Gateway Card. Edit the Office Data using the MCS so that each unit will operate
properly in the network in which it is installed.
The MCS permits all configuration file data to be entered and edited while off-line. In the
procedures discussed in this section, the completed configuration files will be uploaded to the
units using a LAN connection (see 4.5 Transferring the Data to the IP Gateway Card for
details).
Selecting Custom Tone Sets
1. Right-click the desired gateway unit, and
select "Edit configuration".
2. At "Edit configuration" window, select "Saved
configuration file", then click [OK].
