Configuring Office Data

Once a gateway unit is created, the MCS produces a configuration file (OFDD.VHO) containing
the Office Data for the unit. Office Data is a generic term for configuration data set and stored
in each unit. Configure the Office Data for each unit, so that they will operate properly in the
network.
3.4.1

Editing Office Data

The MCS permits all configuration files to be entered and edited while off-line. The files are to
be transferred over the network to all units only after they are fully configured (instructions will
be given in "3.5 Transferring Data to the Units").
Selecting Custom Tone Sets
