Booster to Harness Mode: Replacing the Harness and Buckle

Open the CLICKTIGHT.

* Locate the two slots in the
CLICKTIGHT cover.
* Squeeze the CLICKTIGHT
release levers.
Unhook the retaining clips at

the back of the seat cover. Pull
the seat cover and foam insert
forward.
IMPORTANT: Select the slot
closest to, but not under the child.
Turn and push the buckle

retainer through the slot in the
child seat shell.
Pull the EZ-Buckle belly pad

through the corresponding
slot in the seat cover. Place
the seat cover back in its
original position and attach
the retaining clips.
Hook the harness straps to the

CLICKTIGHT hip anchors.
* Ensure that the harness is
attached to the top of the
hip anchor.
Insert the harness straps

through the slots in the cover
and shell, and over the harness
adjuster plate to the back of the
child seat.

Nest the harness straps by

inserting the right strap loop
into the left strap loop.
Remove the harness yoke

from storage underneath the
seat shell and slide the nested
harness straps completely onto
the harness yoke.
Close the CLICKTIGHT.

* A click confirms the
CLICKTIGHT is secure.
Buckle the harness and pull

the adjuster strap to tighten the
harness.
* Pull the harness adjuster away
from the child seat (parallel to
the ground) to tighten.
Check that
Harness Straps
FRONT
are not twisted
Check that the
Chest Clip and
HUGS Chest
pads face
outward
Check that the Adjuster
Strap is not twisted
IMPORTANT: Check all attachments before using the child seat.
Switching Between Modes
BACK
Check that the Harness
Yoke hangs as shown,
and that the Harness
Straps are nested
securely on the yoke
