Icons

The following icons are displayed on the control panel depending on the product's status.

Getting to Know Your Product
Function
Turns the product on or off. The power light turns on when the product is on.
Flashes when the product is printing, replacing an ink cartridge, charging ink, or cleaning the
print head.
Press this to select the size and type of paper you loaded in the paper cassette or rear paper
feed.
The orange light on the left turns on or flashes when an error occurs.
The blue light on the right flashes while the product is processing data. It stays on when there
are print jobs waiting to be processed.
LCD screen displays menus.
Cancels/returns to the previous menu.
Press l, u, r, d to select menus. Press OK to confirm your selection and go to next screen.
Stops the current operation.
Description
Indicates that there is no Ethernet connection.
Indicates that an Ethernet connection has been established.
