Purpose
The USI NG verb is used to control the format of displayed or printed output.
Use
The USING verb can be used by itself or as a clause within a LPRINT, PAUSE, or PRINT statement. The USING verb establishes
a specified format for all output which follows until changed by another USING verb.
The editing specification of the USI NG verb consists of a quoted string composed of some combination of the following editing
characters:

Right-justified numeric field character.
Decimal point.
/'.. Used to indicate that numbers should be displayed in scientific notation.
& Left-justified alphanumeric field.
