Click Submit All Changes.
Configuring Audio Input Gain (Cisco SPA300 Series and
Cisco SPA500 Series)
You can amplify or deamplify the sound on your phone's handset, headset, and
speakerphone.
Log in to the configuration utility.
Click Admin Login and advanced.
Click the Phone tab.
Under Audio Input Gain (dB), choose the item to configure.
If you enter a positive value, amplification increases (sound is louder).
If you enter a negative value, amplification decreases (sound is softer).
You can enter a value from -6 decibels to +6 decibels. All fields default to
zero.
Try a value that is loud enough without producing echo (an issue if the input
gain is too high).
Click Submit All Changes.
Description
Sets the volume for the full-duplex
speakerphone.
Sets the volume for the handset.
Sets the volume for the headset.
Sets the volume for the Bluetooth device.
NOTE
Applies to Cisco SPA525G/525G2 only.
